How to resize image visualization

Hi, yesterdey i've installed this beautiful component on one of my joomla site, i've installed and configured it and then i've uploaded some images, but i can't understand why on the only gallery that i've created when i clik on a image to see it, i see the image pupupped not in it's original size but a lot smaller. This is the gallery: http://www.gavinopiana-art.it/index.php ... &Itemid=54 all the images must me larger how i can do to make them view in full screen ? or just enlarge them ?
