Let me know if possible what the page and the name of the variable that is passed to mysql as the owner of the image. If I replace with the name of the user would have solved my problem.

Hi, sorry I don't understand.
Mostly the categories are set as "owner" categories, then images from this category are in ownership of the user who owns the category.
In Joomla! 1.6 - the owner id is added while adding image to the system in frontend (see frontend models and controllers) but the feature is not ready yet.
