uplaod file" section and category not display in drop menu "

hi all
i already install com_phocadownload_v1.3.7 and create section and sub-section and do change enable user upload from control panl , after that i connect menu to " User Upload Layout "
and when i test it in the website , the section that i already create and category not display , and when i choose file to upload it , the message " Please select category " , how can i fixe the problem and let category and section display in the drop menu ???

Hi, you need to add some upload rights for category in the section, then you will be able to select the section + its category.
