Strange problem with plupload.silverlight.min.js

Hello

When I try to manually upload Phoca gallery 3 for J 1.6 I get the following problem: Everytimes when the following files are uploaded, my IP address will be locked:

plupload.silverlight.min.js
plupload.silverlight.xap

I have then to look for a new IP address. Sometimes the upload works without problems, but most time my IP address will be locked. I did also contact my web hoster and am waiting for an answer. May be you know something about this problem.

It happens also with Phoca download.

After telling this problem also to my web hoster he told me that the server scanner has stopped the upload because he has detected code in the file which is on a black list. He has stopped now the scanner and the upload works fine.
