Hello Jan,
hello all!
First of all, thanks for all the great components, you are certainly a great help to a lot of joomla users!
I recently installed Phoca Download. It seems to be the best Document-Component for my needs (though still not perfect, needed to "hack" a little with CSS to get a list view). Well now everything looks like I want it to.
But one Problem remains. I have a List Menu with 2 Layers. On the Main layer I have a Section View. On the Sublayer I have all the category views. (And Upload). Sadly, the currently activated menu item highlight function does not work. The second menu entry is statically highlighted. I looked into the html source and found the following:
http://pastebin.de/15086
You just have to believe me, but I clicked on the first submenu link (item 79). As you see item78 has the "active" class tag. This is a simplified extract of the source code. Any ideas, on how to fix this?
I have joomla 1.5.22 with the current joomla download installed. I use mod_rewrite/sef (as you see from the links).
EDIT: I forgot to mention, that the submenu behavoir works just fine on the rest of my site. It is just the Phoca Download Links that have this problem. I just noticed, that the submenu does not pop up after clicking on the main link (section view). Must be connected with the problem described above.
Thanks in advance
Morl99
PS: Is there a way to search through the documents (just like in the frontend upload view... but with the ability to actually download the file after finding it))

Try with Firebug, this looks like templating issue

Re: Wrong Submenu marked as active
You really think that after reading my post? I looked at the source code closely... Like I said, the wrong menu is marked as active, could this possibly be a template issue? I would guess, that the template cannot control the marking of the elements (or to say, the css classes they are in). Rather it uses those classes.
Different ideas?

Re: Wrong Submenu marked as active
Hmmm, the problem is that the menu is marked as active by Joomla! itself
- so it can be related to Joomla! (this is a little unlikely)
- or the template css
- or ... really no idea what can affect it ... ???

Crazy, I figured you would just tell me my mistake
Right now its not even unfolding at all, I guess I just arrange a static unfolding and give it a rest... its not that important.
Still thanks for your help.

PS: I cannot imagine, that the css could be the problem at all. Like I stated above, it works finde with other submenus, on the other hand, what do I know

Did you test to switch to another template?
