I have just started to learn Phoca Gallery to see if it will fit the needs of a photo lab.

One question I have not been able to solve yet....

I am trying to create a Category that each user will be able to publish to, but have the images hidden from all other users. Am trying to make this a "default gallery" so each new registered user will have this Category already created for them. And be able to upload to this gallery, but each user's image will be private and hidden except to themselves.

Is this possible?

So far Phoca is looking very nice. If it can pass the needs, we will register it definitely.

Hi, you can set that user will have upload rights to some category and he/she will have access rights there, no other can have access to this category, see:
