Can not access public Phoca category-subcategory

Hello,

I have a Category (cat id 40), a top category which is public
I have a subcategory (cat id 100), which is also public.
I Have an article with a joomla standard image, that is a link to Phoca Gallery category 40 > 100

When I click on the image, I am requested to login the system , because, the message says, I am trying to enter a private area.

Hi, try to check if some of the menu link is not protected.

Check the menu link Itemid (Id) = 60

Hello. I am a joomla-phoca freshman and I have the same problem. I created a top menu with a title "gallery" and as a menu type a chose"List of categories(Categories View)". Now when I click at my top menu button "gallery" it goes to phoca gallery with list of categories but there is a problem, because I cant see photos from categories (appears "You are not authorized to do this action").
How to check if some of the menu link in not protected ? Where should I search that option ?

Hi, in parameters of the menu link. just click on edit the menu link and check all the parameters.
