New project using Phoca Gallery

Hi,

someone asked me to build a website for him and I would like to know if Joomla and Photo Gallery will be the solution....

Here is his specifications:

1. Anybody can navigate through all galleries, view and download all images
2. Any standard registred users can upload images into 1 specific gallery name "uncategorized"
3. Him, as an admin, can move images from the "uncategorized" gallery to other public categories

3) there is no move function, every added image must have a category.
