Switch rating and comment section

Is it possible to switch the rating and the comment section at the bottom of my album?

And is it possible to display the facebook comment section in dutch?

Hi, you can disable/enable it in parameters.

You can edit the code to support other than English language, search the facebook term in this forum, there is a guide for this.
