JS error using Shadowbox

Hello,

I am using Phoca Gallery 2.7.6 on a Joomla 1.5.22 site that has the Mootools 1.2 plugin enabled.

I am getting the following error on my Phoca Gallery pages (also get it when the Mootools plugin is disabled):
Shadowbox.loadSkin is not a function

I am trying to get a slideshow to start automatically when an image is clicked in one of the modal window types. This used to work with previous versions of Phoca.

Do you know what to do to get rid of the JS error?

Is there another type of Detail Window setting that I can use that will start the slideshow automatically when I click the image. I tried Highslide JS, JAK Lightbox and Slimbox but none of them started the slideshow until you click the slideshow button when the modal window opens.

Hi, no idea there, I am testing the Phoca Gallery 3 with shadowbox in Joomla! 1.6 (where there is mootools 1.2) and get no problems there , so seems there is no problem with 1.2 but maybe in other place of some other javascript library on your size (but really cannot say )

I saw a post that said you can get that error if you are using v1 of the shadowbox.js code, but it was fixed in shadowbox.js V2. What version of shadowbox is Phoca using?

Hi, not on my PC now but there is some obsolete version (because of the effects and some conflict in newest version)

I found the problem. Both Modalizer & Phoca are including shadowbox.js and initializing it. When I disable modalizer, then Phoca works fine.

Problem is that I need both on the site. So am going to need to come up with a modification that allows both to use the same shadowbox.js file and only initialize it once.

Hi, here somewhere in the forum, is described how to rename one of the shadowbox.js so it will be not in conflict (but don't know the exactly url, it is an old topic )
