JA PURITY now shift the menu under the box!!

HELP, i've a problem with no solution!!! (for me, of course)
JA PURITY now shift my menu under the box (for vote, comments, geotag, etc).
It work for months...

I can't solve the problem with the template, but i have the problem only when i see a category. It seems the BOX (of the vote, comment and so on) become too big and let the menu on the right go down.
Is it possible to reduce the weight of the box????
