Upload failed

Hi
I red a lot's of "upload failed" posts, but still can't find solution to my problem.
I have a free service hosted website, and when i want to upload, i get an error message, that is failed to upload.
My FTP layer has been blocked by the host, and i can chmod with FTP neighter... and all the uploaded files are 644, folder are 755 - i can't change at all.
Try to set .htaccess, but than internal server error...

Hi, I think you need to ask your webhosting provider. Joomla! try to access the server by script or ftp ownership (if there is problem with script ownership, the second method is to use ftp)
