problem with upload limitation

Hi,

1. try to check your server settings, maybe there is some restriction (but 39Kb - no idea what can be wrong there, maybe there can be fatal error which ends the uploading - did you try to upload some small image, e.g. with 500kb

2. Did you set it in parameters component, see:

3. If you want to display youtube e.g. in article you need to use some specific plugin for this, see e.g. youtube video in article with help of Phoca Download Plugin, see demo:
