Strange problem with youtube code

Hello
I use phocagallery since a while on my joomla site. I use joomla 1.5.12 and Phocagallery 2.0.2
Suddenly a problem occurs with the code of youtube video (I've made no change recently), when I copy and paste the code in the "youtube" field, it's ok. I save it and then if I come back to see the code for the image, half of the code has disappeared and of course no video is showed.
I've empty the cache, try with IE in place of Firefox, but still the same
If someone can help me, it will be great.
