changing phocagallery.css

hi,

i want to change the phocagallery.css file, because i need to make a :hover css for the category links.
but somehow, i cant edit it. it says i dont have permission. but i put my tmp file on full rwx, together with all subfiles, using filezilla.

anyone has an idea how to edit it?

Hi, this is more your server issue the Phoca Gallery. You should check permissions and ownership of your files and folders. If the Joomla! was not installed with FTP layer enabled and the ownership is not correctly set in your server, you need to contact your webhosting operator to get some help there.
