Hi,
Firstly, thank you for the component,
I would like to know if Phoca has an option to automatically upload or detect files for its use.
For example, I have over a hundred files that I would like to be visible to Phoca. Since I've just started using it, I assume that it saves the catalogue of files in the database and that data is the one used to list the files or present them for download.
Is there a built-in tool or script I can make use of to go through files in a directory and automatically save those files in the Phoca tables?
Hope someone can help.
Thank-you!

I assume, either it hasnt been done or I am not making sense.
I can volunteer to do so and share the code, if maybe I get to understand the phoca download code

no problem. I can develop it. Would probably need to know what to save in the database for each file registered and maybe which function in the code handles that.Jan wrote:Hi, for now I don't know any such script.![]()

who would be the developer who can assist me?
after I'm done, I can freely share the code.
