Newest Uploads & Upload Form

Hi,
i'm new woth PhocaGallery.
Well, i'd like to ask you the following questions:

I'd like to have an upload-form for my users, so that they can upload their own images.
But the problem i couldn't solve is: I only want to allow them to upload their pics
to the categorys i (admin) created before, so that they can't creat own categorys.
Is that possible? If yes, in which way?

Second Problem: Is there any possibility to display the newest uploads on one site?
If it is, again, in which way?

Hi,

users can upload in Category View without having option to add category or categories ...

For now you can display it e.g. in Phoca Gallery Image module, where you can set the ordering, e.g. by date.
