Highslide and Simplecaddy (one more time)

I have difficulties to get the simplecaddy properly working.
Ok, I read the instructions, and it works to a certain extend.

Caddy button appears in Highslide JS, but not in Highslide (image only). Here only the code to see, other html works well. Is it supposed to be so?
If so, how/where can I modify the appearance of Highslide JS? This box with description beneath is just too big.

Another thing is, even checkbox active, the Highslide JS does not show thumbnails.
More funny, parameter change for Modal Box (but not activated) will affect appearance of Highslide JS!

I tried with all default templates, even with phoca-wallpaper, same results.

Hi, simplecaddy plugin is a html and html can be displayed only in iframe methods (standard popup, modal box, highslide js, not in other methods like modal box (image only), highslide js(image only), etc.)

Image methods only displays image and the html code cannot be displayed there.
