Problems after upgrading

i have upgrade my phoca gallery to 2.7
after the upgrading i cant authorize 2 of my catagory.
i tried to enter to the catagory to change the name or to see settings, its jumpped to the main menu of phoca gallery and wrote me that another administrator is on it. i cant manage it, most of my pictures on this catagory..
please i need help!!
