# of Thumbnails limit? Stopped creating Thumbnails.

I have quite a few images. I ftp's all images into multiple subfolders off the phocagallery root. Subfolder #1 shows all images and created all thumbnails no problem. Subfolder #2 shows all images but creates about 1/4 of the thumbnails. The images are there listed but the thumbnails aren't there. If I select images and recreate there are no errors but no change, no thumbnail. Subfolder #3 (off of the phocagallery root) displays all images (names) but no thumbnails at all. It's like I hit a limit on the # of thumbnails that would be created? I get no errors when I try and recreate I just doesn't create any thumbnails? The permissions are the same on all the files.

That doesn't help. Do you work for the company? Is that the best you can do to give a competent response? Do you want some other information? Does this matter to you? I have no problem paying for support. Do you offer the product for free as some kind of game or cheap come on to buy something else? Why don't you sell the product and support it legitimately?

Under what circumstances does the program stop? It shows "Stop Thumbnails Creation" in the upper right in red but does not show in progress of images and does not complete after hours.

It seem you have some kind of intermittent failure. By going back and forth with the enable/disable of thumbnails I goes a few more images. Then I clicked on a single image thumbnail to recreate it and it returned wiping out the thumbnail. So it had created the thumbnail in this case then failed to recreate it. For the most part it simply hangs. Your welcome to a copy of the images to test with if you like? Do you care? Are you a legitimate business or what?
