Gallery not showing with exmenu

Hi all

I'm having issues with getting my gallery items to show as a menu it. I am creating a simple menu item with Phoca Gallery Category Layout, selecting my category as normal. And when I go to front end and select my new menu button I get this error msg:
"Too many redirects occurred trying to open “http://mysite.com.au/pics”. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page."

I'm using exmenu for my menu system (from JoomlaBamboo with my theme). I have had issues with this menu system and other components.

Does anyone have any ideas how to get exmenu and Phoca to play nicely???

Thanks for your reply... I've tried a different menu system to isolate the problem, and I still can't get my gallery to show.

I think I may have found the problem though. When I set my menu item to show the parent category only, I get the following error:
Notice: Undefined variable: itemId in /mnt/glusterfs/apache/hosting-dir/48336/user_dir/mydomain.com.au/components/com_phocagallery/views/category/view.html.php on line 819

I don't get the error when I try to point the menu item to a sub category - it just times out as per my first post above.

Does this help at all? I'm stuck!

Ok... so I have now got my gallery showing which is great! (and was actually a case of me not Authorizing the images. )

I still get the error message, but once my site is finished I'll turn them off. However, there must be a reason for the error... right?

Hi, do you run 2.7.3 version?
