Original size image, slow display

Hi, I don't understand why if I upload my images in original size (4928x3264) when I display the image in the gallery they are visible after few seconds.

I upload the original size so the user can download the original image.
I know phoca created thumb for every view (small,medium e large) so when I view the gallery the system not must upload the original file .... or not?

Hi, I don't see any problem with loading the thumbnails? Yes as default, only thumbnails are displayed in Phoca Gallery, only in case, user wants to download some original image - then the original image is loaded on the site.
