Can't upload language in administrator folder

Hi!
I have a problem with upload files in administrator/language folder.
The message is : CRitical error...
What is the problem??

copy your language files via FTP into:

language/your-lang-prefix/
administrator/language/your-lang-prefix/

I can't copy this files in /administrator/language/es.-ES/
Via FTP
This folder have 755, but I can't upload this files... The message is: Permission Denied. Critical Error in FTP client

hi,

the folder should be es-ES (without dots) as far as I know.
In the [root]/language folder it is also es.-ES?

Have you tried another FTP client? Can you upload other files to this folder? If not - it is not a phocagallery problem, but has to do something with your ftp server.

Hi!
Thanks for yours answers

the folder correc is es-ES ( that's not the problem)
I'm using FILEZILLA and I can't upload nothing in this folder ( permission 777)
It's not phoca prolem...but whats my problem now?? (550 es-ES.com_phocagallery.menu.ini: Permission denied)

ask your host?

maybe it helps to download the folder to your server and upload it again... But that's me just guessing...

Hi!
I can upload to folder /language/es-ES ( no problems)
I can't in /administrator folder...please, confirm me ...it's 777 or 775 permissions folder???
I can delete all installation of Phoca and reinstall ??? I Have a error message

Hi, language folders are outside Phoca Gallery folders... you should upload your files e.g. via FTP and files should have the ovnership which allows you to access files through your ftp (your ftp account)

Problem will have to do with ownership of this folder. If you have a direct-access menu to work in your website goto to files and remove the ownership to the folder. You will probably then be able to upload the lang.

Yes, this is a problem. This folder is owner "apache" . The question is...
How can change the owner with Filezilla???? It's possible??
I need download and upload this folder???
