Users can't upload!

I have created a category and published it.

I have created a menu link and set permissions, but cannot find anywhere in the parameters to ENABLE users to upload files.

I am using Joomla 3.

Please help!

Hi, you need to create a menu link to user upload. In Options of Phoca Download you can set the enabling, etc.:
