Modal Preview boxes are blank or dont work on Tablets

I have installed the Phoca Download Plugin so I can have links to preview and download manuals for our products. In checking to see if it is showing on the tablet an mobile versions I get blank modal boxes on both the _ _ and a Galaxy tablet. How can I get this to work on the mobile platforms?

example:
lectrosonics.com/US/Transmitters/product/1-hh.html

It works fine on desktop top but that is it.

Hi, do you use standard browsers there? I think tablets e.g. with Firefox or Chrome should have no problems there. Anyway of course the best method for mobiles is to use no popup method

Is there an option to use preview with no popup though? I like that they can preview it without having to download but option I see is Modal Box or Standard Popup. Is there a setting for Phoca Download that will open a PDF in a new tab instead?

Hi, there is no such option, so this needs to be customized directly in the code
