Need to display 404 in not exist subcategory url

Hi)

I have a problem with Phoca Gallery 3.1.4

When I add to subcategory URL different symbols it has to be an 404 error, but page is still 200 OK and display this subcategory.

For example I have a subcategory like site.com/personal/category/3-vika.html and if add to this url different symbols like site.com/personal/categblablaory/3-viblabalaka.html the page is still display category without 404 error.

Somebody knows how to fix it?

Hi, this is Ok, such way the standard SEF is working in Joomla! In Joomla! the url get the information by ID (by the number), this is advantages (e.g. in case the alias will be changed, the URL e.g. stored in search engines (Google) will be correctly displayed.

So If this does not meet your needs, I think you need to ask on joomla.org forum if there can be some customization to change the standard SEF.
