Can not find a available category at frontend

First thank you for your excellent works! so fantastic.

I am using the Phoca Gallery V 2.0.0 and find that my registered users could not upload to any categories besides they created a category themselives and upload images to it.

I tried to solve it myself but failed.

Following the documents,I've set 'Access Level' - public,' Access User rights - all registered users,' Upload and Add User Rights' - all registered users,' Delete and Publish User Rights' - administrator.And at frontend,after a registered user login in he will find that "There is no category where to upload images. First create a category please (If your category is created and you cannot upload images then ask administrator if you have permission to upload images)."

After that I tried to set the author to some one such "user2" and found in that case user2 can upload images to the category and only "user2" have got the right to do so. There must be something wrong.

ps.How can I prevent or prohibit users to create a category？ I'd like to upload all images in a folder.

Hi, if you will create a user control panel menu link, every user can create his own category...

if he wants to upload image but he didn't create category, then he must create one first... if he will create one, then he can upload images there (by the creation, user get access rights, upload rights for this category)... but administrator can remove these rights after, so in this case user cannot upload images even he has created this category

If user will not create the category but you will create the category, you must define that user is the author, then he can upload images in the user controll panel...

if you don't define that user is an author but you will allow e.g. upload rights for all users, then all users can upload images but only in category view not in user control panel, because there only authors of the category can upload images ... it is because there are a lot of different options you can create with rights so in some case it can be confused e.g. if you set some combination:

e.g. user is author of the category but uploads rights have e.g. more users...

so user control panel is used for the user... he know his category and he can or cannot load the images
and categories view is used for all users ... the can upload images or cannot into category of some other user
