Phoca gallery problem

I am using joomla 3 version.
I installed phoca gallery in it.
everything went well. I can able to view phoca gallery in my component.
with the help of internet I tired to link my picasa to phocagallery categories.
but when I want to get this images from the category it say it has no images when i connect from custom html module with image button.
Can anyone help me in this.
