import facebook, almost, but no cigar

I am fairly certain I set the facebook settings up correctly, but whenever I go into a category and try to import I get this:

"Save failed with the following error: Error while loading data from database Check if Facebook User and Facebook Album form fields are completed."

Which version of Phoca Gallery you are using?

I am using Joomla 2.2.20 and phoca gallery 3.2.7

do I have to uninstall it and then install it? or just install it again?

if I uninstall it, will I loose the data I have?

Hi, no, don't uninstall it, to not lose the data, just install it so the component will be upgraded.

Testing now, no problem, this error only occurs when FB user (user id) or album (category id)

I had done that before. aren't I on the newest version?

Hi, reinstalling means e.g. fixing wrong files (e.g. when installing, some file can be corrupted when writing to server, etc.) So try to reinstall it to be sure, all files are there. But this seems like this will be not the problem (but to be sure, just reinstall)

This error, as written above appears only in case the facebook user id and facebook album id is not set
