post Tab Not Working

Hi I have installed guest book 3.0.1 to a new joomla install running v3.2.2, everything is loaded fine, however when i register and go to post a new message the tab for post does nothing when i click on it. It does not show the form.

Is tere a bug somewhere or am I missing something?

and check if this is not only design/javascript issue which prevents from opening the tab: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... -conflicts
