Back button gone in 2.0.0

Just installed version 2.0 because of not displying the Alt text, but now there is an other problem: the back button and script to go back to the categorie list is empty/gone. Anyone who know what's wrong, a bug or did i do something wrong.
Whats the solution to get it work again.

And in the backand there is also a problem whith the contol panel/themes:

The error:

500 - Er is een fout opgetreden.
View not found [name, type, prefix]: phocagallert,html,phocagallerycpView

the backend problem is fixed yet, please download the file now...

the first problem: Which browser do you use? I get this problem only in IE 8 beta (there are a lot of problems still)
