Hello,
First of all, thank you for this great Joomla extensions! It's working very nice with more than 20.000 images and more than 300 categories. But with so many items, It's very difficult to edit each item separately. There is a nice feature in Gallery 2 where you can setup the parent category and choose whether to keep the same settings for all the child categories or edit them separately as well. I would like to see this very useful feature in Phoca Gallery as well.
Another nice feature would be to restrict the download button to be hidden to public visitors and allow only registered members (or other user levels) to download the full size of the image. What do you think about this?
And the last feature I'd like to see here is the possibility to rate and comment each photo individually (just like in Zoom Gallery) and navigate through the images in a classic manner (not only in AJAX window). Please take a look at http://www.photortodox.info and see the navigation through the images (I had to disable the rating system there because you could vote the same item many times).
I hope everyone would enjoy these great features.
Thank you very much!
Marius C.

Re: Request: Three useful features
Hi,
1) yes this can be useful, do you have some ideas, e.g. what items can be inherit from parent category
2) ??? if you display the thumbnail, then there is no problem to get the original image, so displaying of downlod button only for registered is solution with doesn't solve problem with access the original image
3) it is in feature request list...
