Delete and unpublish buttom

When I post a message, there are always the two buttons Delete and unpublish which are present on the screen.
My question is how to make there invisible ?

Hi, only admin can see them, other users don't see them.

I have asked some users and they tell me that they can delete or unpublish the messages.

Hi, this is only possible in case you have set delete rights for public users

Go to your Joomla! administration - Components - Phoca Guestbook - click on Guestbooks - you will be redirected to guestbook edit page - click on selected actived guestbook to edit it - Go to Permissions folder - and there for PUBLIC, set DELETE to DENIED (or Inherited in case the settings are default)

Hi, I'm sorry Jan, but the rights are setting in denied position for delete action for the public group !
I have already check all these points before beginning the topic.

Have you got a solution for that ? Because each time I have posted a new message, it has been deleted by somebody !

Hi, then really no idea what can be wrong there. I have tree test servers, everywhere I have tested it:

1) to normally work with Phoca Guestbook (as default users cannot delete or unpublish the posts) ... OK for me
2) to change it - e.g. they can remove or unpublish the posts and everywhere the settings go back and nobody except the one set in parameters can see the buttons and can do some action

Asked by some users for this feature to test it and get the same behaviour.
Seeing the code which have standard coding.

I see your site now (after some days) and see no icons there.

Is this solved or still not?

Yes it's resolved. I have just find the solution.
In fact, you must change the right in Joomla System Configuration Rights.
I have placed the delete Guest right to denied, and it has been OK, so, change the rights only in Guestbook configuration is not suffisant !
