error 404 after installing guestbook

I,ve succesfully installed phocaguestbook en following the instructions i made a guestbook.
While only guests that are logged in could use it, i desided to remove the guestbook.
But now, on entering the website, only de error 404 page is showing.
I cannot go to the website anymore. In the back-end I see nothing strange.
Help... it's my first website and i worked for weeks on it. I'm not a prof.

I just removed the phocaguestbook pluginn, It didn't work. I reinstalled the pluginn, Made a new guestbook. Now the website starts witk the guestbook. When i click on the other pages of the main-menu the error 404 appears. When clicking on the pages in the submenu, they pop up. So , I think the main-menu settings are lost or so? How can I restore that?

Hi, hmm, I think this should be a question on joomla.org forum. When you recreate all the menu links in main menu, do you get the same problems?
