[Improvement]Phoca Gallery Plugin+Button

Hello,

I need functionality like "Phoca Gallery Plugin+Phoca Gallery Button Plugin", where I can select particular categories.
Using current functionality I must specify categories, which I don't want to see.

Bellow is what I need. User specifies categories and new hide/show option for selected categories (default is hide).
Changes are ready. Could you include my changes to Phoca?

Already sent to phoca
It only shows "leaves" from tree.
