Can't Post

Post by mercwonder »

Hello,

We're using Joomla 3.1 with Phoca Guest book version 3.0.0.

We have installed it successfully and created a guest book, however our registered users can not post to it once logged in. When they log in and click on guest book, it tells them they have to be logged in first before posting anything... I'm not sure why this would be happening. I would appreciate any advise on this.

Thank you!
Matt

Hi, testing now, get no such problem, do you have enabled cache? If yes, try to disable it and clean it and test it again.

Thanks for getting back to me... I have cleared the cache... this is a brand new site from the ground up and it's not working. Not sure what else to look for.

Try to check if you get no javascript errors: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... -conflicts on that site, e.g. there can be some conflict in editor js

Here's the thing... It doesn't even give the option to post a comment... even when logged in... I don't get any errors except that of it saying, "You must be logged in to post a comment"

And no javascript error in error console? no error on server (e.g. in errorLog)?

When you disable editor (in options), do you get the same problem?
