Awful bar on bottom of modal-box icons

After upgrading joomla from 1.5 to 2.5 and installing phoca gallery 3.2.6 i get a green colored bar on bottom of each icon link in detail view (modalbox). This bar only appears, when the mouse-pointer moves over the icons.

I use the beeze_20 template. I see that the color of the bar comes from the CSS of the template.

I tried many CSS changes but it did not help. Can that be caused by javascript?
I cannot find how to change this. Please look at the screenshot:

Hi, this seems to be the a:hover effect in beez, such needs to be removed in the template. There is some code in component to try removing such effects, but the last loaded css is a template css, so such has the highest priority and the "a:hover" effect (I think, it is a background attribute) needs to be changed in the template css

Hi, thank you for your hint.
I added the following line into nature.css in the beez_20 template. This solved the problem. It had no effect in the template.css. Don't know why.

.pg-imgbgd a:hover { background:none !important; }

But I think, a better solution is, to put it into phocagallery.css in the component directory. This worked for me.
