thumbnails are not always visible

the previews are not always visible.
some previews are not visible, but reloading the page become visible.

why does this happen?

Hi, I see, this is really strange, this seems like your server cannot "sometimes" read the thumbnails (read the files stored on your server ) - the empty sign is displayed in case there is no thumbnail (but seems there is one so this seems like the server has some strange problems to read the files on the filesystem )
