CSS styling for back button in Phoca Gallery 4

Hi,

i'm building a new site with Joomla 3.1 and Phoca Gallery 4. I like to style the back button. But it seems that the back button doesn't have it's own style. In previous Phoca Gallery versions it was possible to put the back button above the images. Is this option removed?

Hi, you can set the back button above the images the same way like in Phoca Gallery 3

Ok Jan,

i've tried and tried, but there is no way to just get the back button above the images. I even used the same settings for PG 4 as for PG3, but the result is not the same.

The only way i get the back button above the image is by selecting Category view -> Category View Settings (Categories above Images) -> Display Categories In Category View to Yes. But then i see a list of all categories with the thumbnails beneath.

I'm using PG 4.0.2

Hi, set the following in Options:

Category View Settings (Categories above Images)

Display Categories In Category View - Yes (means: categories area in category view will be active)

Display Subcategories On Each Page - Nowhere (means: you will not display subcategories, because you want to display only back button)

Display Back Button - Yes (in case you want to display back/up button to parent category)
Display Categories View Back Button Yes (in case you want that parent category will get back/up button to all categories - to categories view site)
