Frontend user panel - category selector not working

I activated frontend user panel, user can create a main category but after this it goes wrong ...

to create subcategories or to upload images, you need to select the category in the dropdown in the right top corner, but this doesn't work.

The main categorie is showing in the list, but when selecting it it always jumps back to the 1st option "select category".

And this makes the whole frontend panel unusable for me

Hi, hmm, do you get the same situation in all browsers? I am testing it - see no problem

Try to test if the site does not render any javascript error, maybe there can be some conflict
