Problems with categories view

Hi all,
I've installed phocagallery some days ago, but I can't see the "Categories View" correctly.

I see this: https://www.phoca.cz/demo/categories-view-in-category
but I should see this: https://www.phoca.cz/demo/gallery-categories

I've created a menu link using "List Of Categories (Categories View) This view displays list of categories"

I think I've tried every single parameter both menu link options and phocagallery options... but I can't see the categories view the right way.

Can you help me?

(Phocagallery version is 4.0.2 - Joomla version is 3.1.5)

Display Categories In Category View=No
Save & Close

It was already set to "No"...

and, I think, it's not that the problem... My problem is in Categories, not in Category...
I'm unable to see a small thumbnail and the name of category (subcategory) on its right (like this)

Hi, this is a default settings, can you paste a screenshot how your categories view looks like?

As you can see, it's a fresh joomla installation with the only phoca gallery compoment added.
I've created a new link ("List of Categories") on the main menu and that's what I see...

Where am I wrong?

Hi, in Joomla! 3 there is not the same categories view like by Joomla! 1.5

In Joomla! 3 (Phoca Gallery 4) the CSS styling is used, so the view can be set by CSS - When I will finish all the extensions for Joomla! 3 (I hope, I will do it before Joomla! 3 will be stable LTS) I will write a guide for this or some new features will be added.
