Category access and user levels

I'm having problem with categories and access.

I have 2 levels of access on my site, Registered and a custom level called member. All members are also Registered users and are in both user groups.

I have 2 categories in Phoca Download (PD), Free Downloads and Kits.

Registered users have access to the Free Downloads category

Members have access to both.

For some reason Members can only see the Kits category not the Free Downloads category as well. As Members are also Registered users I expect they shoud see both categories?

Hi, depends on set access rights in category or files - check the rights for categories and files and check if there is not selected specific user as then only the selected user can see the files.

Phoca Download does not have any own groups, so they are fully managed by Joomla! groups
