SEF and Captcha Solution?

I've looked through the posts and can't find a reliable solution to the issue that the captcha image doesn't show up when the Joomla SEF is turned on.

My question : Are you working on this and if yes, when do you think there might be solution available?

Hi, I am not working on some solution... The SEF is working with Phoca Guestbook Captcha, see:

On some servers Joomla SEF has some problems but I cannot solve this problem because I did not created the SEF

All Phoca Extensions use standard Joomla! JRoute method for creating URLs, so I have no other possibility to influence this problem...
