How to work with users?

I'd like to give my users front end submission rights. However, when in the back end of Phoca Gallery I see none of my existing Joomla users in the PG Users panel. Nor do I see a way to sync PG users with Joomla users or to create a new PG User. PG version 3.2.4, Joomla version 2.5.11

Hi, you can manage users in Joomla! user view, in Phoca Gallery you can only see users who uploaded some images.
