Italian Language

Good Evening,
I follow the manual to change the front/backend language of Phoca Gallery, but it doesn't work.
My default language is Italian, but I see all in english.
I've downloaded the it-IT.com_phocagallery and it-IT_com_phocadownload.j25 and upload these files into:
/language/it-IT
/administrator/language/it-IT
but it still doesnt't work.....where I'm wrong?
I've got Joomla 2.5.11 and Phoca Gallery 3.2.4

Ciao se capisco bene, tu voleva Photo Gallery in lingua Italiana.
Se e cosi deve prima scaricare (it-IT.com_phocagallery_j25.zip]questo file) e installare via administrator->Extensions->Extension Manager.
Altro file it-IT_com_phocadownload.j25 non serve, perche e translato per componenta PD Phoca Download.

I have the same problem with the Dutch tranlation version of Phoca download.

I downloaded the 2.5 zip file
unpacked and uploaded in the correct "admin/language/nl-NL" and "language/nl-NL folders" manually, as there is no install file in the zip file, so automatic install does not work.

I even updated the install.xml file in both nl-NL folders and added the file names.

Unfortunately that did not help and still I am seeing English text only at frontend and backend, while rest of site is presented in Dutch. Any ideas?

Did you see the strings in the files, are they translated?
