Raiting and Comments without registration

Good day,

I use phoca gallery 4.0.0 and I would that unregistered users could make comments on photos or rate them. Is there a way to do that?

I have read on the net that I can replace default system of comments with Jcomments, but there is no Jcomments for Joomla 3 yet. And it is still not solving the issue with rating.

Hi, there is no such feature, see similar posts, as there is no effective method how to identify users (and not break the correctness of e.g. rating)
