Enable TinyMce in Frontend User Control Panel

Hi,
I'm using Joomla 2.5.11
and Phoca Gallery 3.2.3

When I access the Phoca user control panel via the frontend is there any way to enable TinyMce for the textareas? I get just simple text editor with raw HTML showing.
Whereas in the backend, Phoca->Categories etc I get the TinyMce editor...
Is this my settings? Can I get TinyMce in the frontend as well?

Hi, for now there is no such option (not added because of security reasons), so this needs to be customized.
