component not works pls help

Hi,
I have installed Phoca Gallery without trouble, gd library on php serwer is installed too, but the component is not working properly. For example I can not see thumbails, in the control panel of phoca under images I can not see any image -
see attached file

if I ckick display image details (in control panel of phoca)I see a white window with loading image, but the image is not loaded
I spent a few hour , and I do not know further . . .

Hi, try to see similar posts in this forum:

- check your GD library (with other scripts e.g.)
- check if you have permissions and ownership to write files on your server
- check if thumbnail creating function is enabled in Phoca Gallery
- ...

the problem was the global permissions on the server by the provider (was 077 and should be 022 )
