Organize categories in menu item

Is it possible to organize categories in the menu item? I am using Joomla 2.5.6 and Phoca Download 2.1.6.

Hi, what you mean with organize?

By organize i mean that i enter the order of the categories. For example at the moment I have the Download section and here I have different categories: White Papers, Setup, Manuals, Trainings, Patches, etc. I would like to have the following order: Manuals, White Papers, Trainings, Setup, Patches, etc.

I hope that it is clearer now.

Hi, then set the ordering for them in administration and go to Options and set by which ordering method they will be ordered.
