make some images non searchable

i want to use same image in two categories but problem is that i have to copy thumbneals and when people search for an image in search result it show two names as expected. is there a way that it only search for one name and ignore the second where i can change code for this?

Hi, for now there is no such other way so this needs to be then somehow customized
